FORMATION OF NEW COMPANY

Greg Kelly & Tony Finnigan have launched a new Security Company, SCADA PROTECTION LTD. MD of Ultimate Security & Investigations Ltd, Greg Kelly and MD of Advanced System Protection Ltd, Tony Finnigan have formed the Company in response to the increase in demand for digital IP based CCTV systems connected to the Control Room via Broadband.

The systems are remotely monitored during silent hours and are fitted with motion detectors which detect and report any movement to the Control Room Operator. Speakers are also fitted on site to allow the Control Room Operator to issue a warning to intruders. If any intruders or suspicious incidents are detected on site the operator can also despatch an Ultimate Security Patrol Officer to the scene and contact the police. Residential systems are also available which can be connected to the customers lap top computer or mobile phone. This means they can access their CCTV live at any time from any place.

Greg said; “The formation of the new Company was a direct response to the needs of both new and existing customers. Tony has a wealth of experience and expertise in fully integrated electronic security systems and we at Ultimate have the support structure to ‘man’ the system and respond accordingly. It seemed an obvious step forward. We have already fitted 3 fully integrated systems to 3 separate businesses in the local area. The systems represent a most up to date cost effective solution for our clients needs.”

Ultimate Security Officer Prevents Burglary

At this year’s annual spring show, Rickerby’s Agricultural suppliers again utilised the security services of Ultimate Security & Investigations Ltd. In the early hours of Tuesday 9th March 2010, an Ultimate Security Officer noticed a suspicious vehicle parked nearby which had not be evident on his previous patrol. The officer conducted a full patrol of the site and discovered 2 males attempting to steal a Quad Bike. The officer confronted the thieves who ran off to the vehicle and sped away from the area. The officer reported the matter to the police and was able to describe the males and the vehicle. Martin Henderson, Rickerby’s Dealer Principal said:

“This is the kind of service you can expect to receive from Ultimate. They’re the best security firm around. The actions of this officer prevented the theft of a very valuable item. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”

New Service created for Legal Firms - Process Serving

This is a specific service performed on behalf of solicitors, the courts and members of the public. Ultimate has recently seen a significant rise in demand for this service, especially from local solicitors firms in Carlisle and the surrounding areas. It is often difficult to trace individuals and sometimes awkward to personally serve legal papers while avoiding any unnecessary confrontation.

Ultimate have experience of this work and will often manage to ‘serve’ papers on the same day they receive the request. An Affidavit is then prepared with copies of the papers being exhibited in evidence before being sworn out at the Court and presented back to the client to pursue the legal proceedings.
